We believe that biking is faster than motor driven vehicles in most areas, and it is just a mental block we have to think that when we are running late, we should drive. Biking should be thought of as a way of life that is beneficial to ourselves, each other, and the planet. Once implanted (given) a Bikrochip, an individual will realize all of these things and start to change behaviors that will contribute to a happier, healthier, more community-oriented way of life. In line with this, we also advocate for bikes to be allowed on BART at all times so that the wise people who do prefer to commute with their bicycle do not have their schedules' dictated by BART's limited bicycle acceptance. A designated car, such as the rear, that always allows bicycles would provide an ideal safe-space for bicycle commuters to travel and feel supported in their admirable efforts to nurture their health and that of the environment.

These facilities line the 32 miles of Richmond shoreline, the most of any City in the Bay Area, and much of it accessible via the Richmond portion of the SF Bay Trail. The Port is one of the largest in the USA and was constructed about 30 years following the Henry J. Kaiser Shipyards.
